For antiques and collectables, check out Gard’n Gate Antique Mall (105 S. Canyon), Mary Lou’s Antiques(613 N. Canal St.) and Round the Corner Shop (117 W.Mermod). Henry J’s Gifts and Collectables (117 S. Canyon) is a great spot to pick up an unusual nic-nac.

The Stock ExchangeLiterally located in a blue house, the Blue House Bakery and Café (609 N. Canyon, 505-628-0555) has a shady porch and leafy yard to provide shade from the desert sun as you sample their fresh made goods.
The Court Café (219 S. Canyon, 505-887-0238) is lunchtime hangout for locals looking for Greek and American home cooking.
The corner of Fox and Canal will feature two new dining destinations in 2009. Trinity features a wine and beer bar, a restaurant and a specialty store featuring New Mexico products. Caddy-corner to Trinity is the Stock Exchange at Old City Hall, which will feature a wide menu of favorites prepared by chef Kevin Zink, who has plied his culinary trade in some of Europe and America’s finest kitchens.
